The Parlux 3500 Super Compact is one of the newest professional hairdryers to hit the shelves. All the way from Italy where fashion and style is a must, the Parlux 3500 is the “Mercedes Benz of hairdryers” and puts the conventional hairdryer to shame.
I know hairdryers. I was in my teenage years when the only way to straighten hair was a blow dry with the trusty old hairdryer. I spent hours and hours painstakingly blow drying my friend’s thick, unruly hair for weekend events in an attempt to achieve something similar to sleek and smooth locks. More often than not, we would end up with burnt and dry feeling hair, a room full of smoke and a sore arm. Not quite the salon look we were after.
Fortunately the Parlux 3500’s ceramic and ionic technology means that those days are long gone. The Parlux is so incredibly powerful that it now takes about ten minutes to dry my thick, wavy hair. It eliminates all frizz and leaves my hair silky smooth and shiny. This is because of the ionic technology that means negative ions are released that act upon interaction with water droplets on the hair. These ions work to smooth down the hair cuticle and trap in moisture. Basically, the drying time is reduced, along with damage and hair looks and feels better!
The difference between traditional hairdryers and the Parlux 3500 are obvious after a few uses. I wash my hair every second night and will not leave the house without perfectly straightened hair. It usually takes a good half hour to dry and straighten my hair, a chore which has become dull very fast. My morning hair routine is now so much shorter. With the option of simultaneous high heat and super force I spend less time drying. Because the Parlux 3500 is so efficient, straightening time is also reduced. My hair feels healthier and more manageable and I get a longer sleep in!
The latest Parlux comes with the added bonus of being super compact, without the loss of power or heat. The size is great for travel and storage and the light weight makes hair styling a breeze. It has an easy to hold handle with two speed and heat settings and the convenience of an extra long power cord. There is a vast range of bright colours to choose from. I especially love the lime green! There are two nozzle adjustments for controlled airflow and it comes with a one year manufacturer’s warranty.
My search for the perfect hairdryer stops at the Parlux 3500. It may be slightly more expensive, but in the long run it is a luxurious, yet necessary investment for every female. My Mum has her original Parlux for over six years and wouldn’t trust anything else. The Parlux is the professional brand of choice of the majority of hair salons, why would you treat yourself to anything less?

My philosophy on life:
Every girl should have a perfect hair day every day, wear stunning shoes and drink expensive wine with friends. And laugh. A lot.

I am in desperate need of a treatment mask for my hair, months of swimming in the chlorinated pool have dried it out.
My hair needs a cleansing mask,
To get rid of these split ends fast,
Its dry, brittle and like straw,
My hair needs to win this draw!
I need a product to smooth out my curls/frizzy mass of hair!
Sad to say that im badly in need of hair dye.
As a blonde Ive been lucky enough to not have grays show up but now they are creeping in and they will blow my cover…How can I convince everyone im only 33 without hair dye? 🙂
I could use a good brush.
My hair has gone nuts – just lately it is a mass of frizz and fly away hair – not a good look. I need something to tame it!
I am in need of a wig!!!!! My hair has not changed in over 20 years and its in such bad condition and thinning that I cant change my style without looking butch…. ; ((((((
Moroccan Oil Light Treatment to condition, soften and repair my hair. Also to tame the frizz which seems forever out of control.
I need some type of smoothing lotion or serum. My hair is always frizzy and I haven’t found ‘the one’ yet to do the trick!
My hair is in need of everything because I was in asia and if you cant drink the water then its definitely not good for your hair!
I need something to give shape, take away the frizzy-ness and repair all at the same time.
I am in need of a new hairdryer as mine overheats when i am half way into drying my hair, and have to wait for it to cool before continueing very frustrating:)
Colder weather, needing a great new hair dryer!!
My hair dryer has just packed up, I am in desperate need of a new one!
Desperate for a hairdryer especially now that the weather is getting cooler!
I just turned 50 and intend celebrating all month. I shamelessly want people to tell me how young I look. It’s not going to happen after the two weeks I just spend swimming and holidaying in the hot Thailand sun without some seroius conditioning treatments.
seems the older I get the curlier my hair has become..
I desperately need something to tame my curls and the frizz I get when it is humid or wet…
I need all the help i can get…..pleaseeeee…:D
I am in need of a shampoo for oily hair because i get a patch where no matter how much i wash it, it feel yukky and sticky!
I am almost out of Agadir Argan oil, a product I buy at my hairdresser when I go there once a year. A brilliant product that leaves you hair so soft and shiny and it smells divine.
I badly need a colour,
it’s been a long, LONG time!
The grey’s have started multplying
20 at a time!
In need of a trim,
As its getting very long,
A pair of scissors I need,
Before things get more wrong,
It strangles me at night,
Sneaks up on me while I sleep,
Putting my bra on a fight,
As it gets in the way,
Scissors all i ask,
To save my day.
The Redken smooth lock butter silk treatment sounds perfect for my dry locks 🙂
If I had amazing tools maybe then I might get my hair to look decent when I leave the house instead of a scraggled ponytail.
I am most in need of a hair dryer right now. Preferably one with ceramic and ionic technology, fast dry time and a funky colour.
😉
My hair is in need of a VS Sassoon Big Hair Styler. It would give me BIG HAIR giving me the self confidence needed to infect others with my presence that they would all follow in my new found self assuredness, personal judgment, ability, and the power of ry.com.au!
You wouldn’t think it’s possible to get frizzy hair in winter, but my hair doesn’t care what the season is – I need a miraculous de-frizzing product asap
My hair is in need of a luscious treatment to make my hair nice and soft.
I desperately need a hair product to stop my hair from falling out.
I had a car accident a few months ago and since then, it has been falling out in chunks. Any ideas?
I would love to get a natural hair treatment for my dry split ends.
My ideal product I need at the moment is a styling add that will help give my curls that bounce that I am after.
The Parlux super compact hair dryer would allow me to be able to have a hair dryer that fits in my very small cupboard.
A straightener won’t damage my wavy hair.
i need a good straightening syrum for my underneath curls.
I’m in desperate need of scissors! My hair is awkwardly grown out at the moment.
de-humidifier! this weather is turning me into a frizz ball
A leave in treatment…a super good one! My hair is long and ratty at the moment 🙁 Boo!
A pair of scissors wouldn’t go astray on my locks – I’ve hit middle-age and I think I’m ready to dtich the long-do in favour of something more stylish and suited to my age!
I need a new colour in my hair, its about 3 tones of different colours atm.
An all in one hair treatment that shines, defizzes and seals/nourishes my heavily bleached ends!
I would love to get a new hair dryer,
cause my one looks like it was put in a fryer.
My hair is looking the samy way,
oh to have nice hair for a day.
HAVING JUST HAD MY YOUNGEST SON ‘DO MY HAIR’ FOR ME, AS MUCH AS IT’D BREAK HIS HEART TO RUIN MY ‘NEW STYLE’, I’M DESPERATELY NEEDING A HAIR BRUSH!!
I’m most in need of a hairdryer! My current one is old and keeps shorting out.
I actually need a new hairdryer. I really need to replace the noisy, clunky old thing I have at the moment, and going back to work full time and with two little ones to get ready in the morning as well, time really is going to be of the essence.
If they could invent a hair product to thicken your hair.
Make your locks grow thick, full, repair
My poor weary hair that’s suffering right now.
I’ve stopped breast feeding and it’s falling out, how.
People tell me it’s hormones, it’ll stop soon.
But please hair product companies, invent something; Sassoon,
Pears, Dove, Pantene – our choices are endless.
We just need your shiny heads to come together – invent for success.
While I patiently wait I’ll make use of your flair
Add treatments, masques, conditioning care for my hair.
A regular trim, take on hairdresser’s advice
But I’m really awaiting this breakthrough – I’ll pay any price!
I have really curly hair that goes a little frizzy with the weather, my new hairdresser introduced me to the defuser! What a great styling tool, but sadly my old hairdryer does not have one of these attachments so this is a definite on the styling MUST have list.
My last hairdresser – my firend’s 11-year-old son in love with my hair straightener and using my head for practice – noted that “you’ve got a lot of dead bits here”. Thank you, darling. Alas, Victor’s right. I need the works: style, colour, treatment and anything else people want to throw at my grey, dry fuzz ball.
My severely damaged hair is in desperate need of a treatment masque! Since having chemical hair straightening done, my ends are extremely dry and coarse and I’m struggling to get healthy ends again!
My current hairdryer is 7 years old and requires an adapter to use it as I brought it back from the uk, would LOVE a lovely new one with an aussie plug on it!
Hair colour for sure… We may be having beautiful sunny days but im constantly followed by grey
A plain and simple haircut. My hair is crying out for a trim !
